Excursion to Vilyuchinsky Waterfall itinerary:

Walk to Viluchinsky Waterfall and climb Goryachaya hill to see Verhne-Paratunskiye hot springs
You will be picked up from your hotel and make the journey to the slopes of Viluchinsky volcano. You will walk/trek for 1 hour along a forest Road (the last 500 metres of the walk is across the snow – so dress warmly) to Viluchinsky waterfall– which is a beautiful cascading waterfall of about 60 metres in height. It drains a large snowfield on the slopes of the volcano. After enjoying the waterfall you retrace your route back to vehicles then travel by vehicle to the foot of nearby Goryachaya Hill. You climb the hill; it is a steep but short climb (about 50 metres) to the Hot Springs. There are approx 16 springs which flow into three natural streams each forming waterfalls and hot pools suitable for bathing. The temperature of water in hot springs is about 39-70ºc, however in natural pools which are suitable for swimming the temperature is 39-45ºc. You rest there and enjoy the hot pools before returning to your hotel.
